Privacy Policy
This policy explains how EJJ Technology Solutions LLC (“EJJ Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ejj.co or contact us through it. We keep it short and plain: we collect what we need to answer your request and run a secure website, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you enter, which may include:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, and your message.
- Internet & fiber availability request: service address and map coordinates, name, company, email, phone, the services you’re interested in, bandwidth, timeframe, current provider, number of locations, and notes.
- VoIP quote request: name, company, email, phone, number of users and locations, current provider, timeframe, features needed, and notes.
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and include the IP address the request came from, which we use to detect abuse.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, general location (city or region), device and browser type, and whether a form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, and you can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Security. Our site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. To stop spam and automated abuse, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates signals from your browser and device, and Cloudflare logs request details such as IP addresses to enforce rate limits.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Address lookup and maps
When you check an address on our Internet & Fiber page, the address you type is sent to address-lookup services — Photon and Nominatim (based on OpenStreetMap data) and the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder — to find its location. Map imagery is loaded from Esri. If you choose to open the FCC National Broadband Map, you leave our site and the FCC’s policies apply.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information, quote, or services you request.
- To prepare availability reports and quotes. For internet, fiber, and voice requests, we may share your service address and requirements with our technology partners — such as Telarus and the carriers it represents, or Intermedia — solely to obtain pricing and availability for you.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you — including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (form email delivery), Microsoft 365 (our email), and Google (analytics) — and with technology partners as described above when you request a quote. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the security of our systems.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, then delete them. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics account.
Security
As an IT security provider, we take protecting information seriously. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submissions is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
